Getting the ball rolling
One the main reasons why Red Bull has such a creative outlook on marketing and advertising is because they have combined their energy drink with sports. In 1988 Red Bull created the Dolomitenmann, which is one of the toughest and grueling extreme sport relays there is too offer. The race is not only against the clock and other competitors but also against oneself. The Lienz, Austria event incorporates mountain running, kayaking and mountain biking. This was only the beginning to the uphill climb of Red Bull and extreme sporting events as well as extreme advertising. In 1994 Famous windsurfers Bjorn Dunkerbeck of the Netherlands and Robby Naish of the United Stares became the first International athletes to join forces with Red Bull.

The Building Blocks Of The Beverage
Red Bull was inspired by efficient drinks from the Far East
and founded by Dietrich Mateschitz in the 1980’s. The product was sold for the
first time in 1987 in the Austria market. In 1992 Red Bull joined the international
market and entered the United States. The Red Bull brand was an explosion with
its new product and creative new advertising strategy. The Red Bull Empire has
hit new heights in the market as well as in the future of advertising.
Conference room meetings show Power Points of how Red Bull publishes and sells
their product. Red Bull is a brilliant example of a brand that turned into a
publisher, which is what every future agency inspires to imitate.
