Red Bull was inspired by efficient drinks from the Far East and founded by Dietrich Mateschitz in the 1980’s. The product was sold for the first time in 1987 in the Austria market. In 1992 Red Bull joined the international market and entered the United States. The Red Bull brand was an explosion with its new product and creative new advertising strategy.
